Terms & Catalogue Disclaimer
This website is a digital catalogue for Shri LED Board. By using it, you acknowledge the following conditions relating to the website and the work displayed here.
Catalogue examples
Images and descriptions on the website are intended to show examples of products, fabrication styles and completed work. They do not by themselves create a quotation, order confirmation or guarantee that an identical product is available.
Custom work and variations
Shri LED Board produces custom work. Final dimensions, materials, lighting, colours, finish, structure and other specifications depend on the requirements agreed for a particular order. Screen settings, photography and lighting conditions can also cause colours and appearance to differ from the finished physical product.
Prices, availability and timelines
Unless expressly confirmed as part of an order, information shown on this catalogue should not be treated as a final price, stock commitment or completion date. Current pricing, availability, specifications and expected timelines should be confirmed directly with Shri LED Board.
Customer-supplied content
When a customer supplies a logo, artwork, photograph, name, trademark or other material for reproduction, the customer is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary permission or rights to use that material.
Third-party brands
Names, logos and trademarks belonging to customers or other third parties may appear in portfolio photographs solely to demonstrate completed work. Those marks remain the property of their respective owners.
External services
The website may link to services such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps. Those services are operated independently and their availability and terms are controlled by their respective providers.
Website availability
Shri LED Board may update catalogue content, correct errors, change website features or temporarily make parts of the site unavailable for maintenance or other operational reasons.
Order-specific policies
Payment terms, cancellation or refund arrangements, warranty commitments, installation responsibilities and other order-specific conditions are not defined by this website unless Shri LED Board expressly agrees them for a particular order.
